Auto-renew helps reduce the chance of losing a domain by attempting renewal using the saved payment method. Keep that payment method and the account contact email current.
If payment fails
- Kiyo alerts you that the renewal payment needs attention.
- Open the domain and review the payment method.
- Update the payment details or complete renewal manually.
- Contact support promptly if the domain is close to expiry or its status is unclear.
Renewing early
Where the domain extension supports early renewal, Kiyo shows the action and updated registration period before confirmation.
