Upgrade

Downgrade
A downgrade moves to a smaller plan with lower limits. Before confirming, Kiyo checks the plan differences so you can see whether the current websites fit.
Review the change
- Open the hosting subscription.
- Choose a different plan.
- Compare website, storage and feature limits.
- Review when the change takes effect.
- Review any charge, credit and new renewal amount.
- Confirm the change.
Billing adjustment
A charge or credit can apply depending on the effective date and paid period. Kiyo shows the exact adjustment before confirmation rather than documenting an unconfigured payment-provider proration rule.
