Hosting is a recurring service
A hosting subscription keeps the website environment, included protection, backups and support active for the chosen billing period. The service renews while auto-renew is active and payment succeeds, subject to Kiyo's service terms.

The current hosting configuration supports these plans and billing periods:
- Starter: monthly and annual billing available
- Business: monthly and annual billing available
- Pro: monthly and annual billing available
What the subscription view shows
- Plan name
- Monthly or annual billing period
- Subscription status
- Current renewal price
- Next renewal date
- Payment method
- Upgrade, downgrade and cancellation controls
Changing the plan
You can review an upgrade or downgrade from the hosting subscription. Kiyo shows the plan differences and any charge or credit before you confirm the change.
If a payment fails
Kiyo alerts you and provides a route to retry payment or update the payment method. Kiyo does not use an undocumented universal grace period; any service-impacting deadline is shown for the affected subscription.
Cancelling renewal
Turning off renewal stops the next scheduled subscription payment. The hosting service normally remains available through the paid period, subject to the applicable service terms. Save anything you need before the service ends.
