Where to manage payment methods
Customer Area→Billing→Payment methods→Add or update method
Add or replace a method
- Open Payment methods in Billing.
- Choose to add a new payment method.
- Enter the requested details securely with Kiyo's payment provider.
- Choose whether it should become the primary method.
- Review which subscriptions will use it.
Primary payment method
The primary method is the default used for eligible recurring payments. A specific service can show a different method if separate billing control is supported.
Expired or replaced cards
Add the replacement card and set it as primary before removing an old method that active subscriptions still use. Check any failed payment after the update and retry it if Kiyo offers that action.
Payment security
Kiyo does not store raw card details in the customer area. Sensitive card information is handled by the payment provider, while Kiyo shows safe identifying information such as card type and ending digits.
Never send full card details
