Invoice and receipt

An invoice is a billing document that describes the amount charged or due. A receipt confirms that a payment was completed. Depending on the transaction and location, one document can contain information associated with both.

Find a document

1. Open Billing in the Kiyo customer area.
2. Choose invoices, receipts or billing history.
3. Select the transaction you need.
4. Review the status and billing details.
5. Download the available document.

Billing information on documents

The document uses the billing details stored for the transaction. Update the billing name, company, address or tax identifier before a future purchase when those details need to appear correctly.

Requirements vary by location
