Resetting your password

Safely replace a forgotten or exposed Kiyo password.

Use the secure reset flow

Forgot passwordEnter account emailOpen secure reset linkSet a new passwordSign in again

Reset the password

  1. Open Forgot password from the Kiyo sign-in page.
  2. Enter the primary account email.
  3. Open the reset message sent by Kiyo.
  4. Follow the secure link and create a unique new password.
  5. Sign in again and review active sessions.

Reset links expire

A password reset link is temporary and can stop working after use or after its secure validity period. Request a new link if Kiyo says it has expired.

Keep the link private

Anyone with a valid reset link may be able to change the password. Do not forward it or paste it into chat.

What support will never ask for

If you did not request it

Do not open unexpected reset links. Sign in directly from kiyocloud.com, review security and contact human support if other suspicious activity is present.
