What the sessions view shows
- The current session
- Recently active sessions
- Approximate browser or device information
- Last activity information
- An action to sign out another session
Location is only an approximation
Network information can provide a rough location, but it is not precise device tracking. Treat the device, browser, timing and your own activity together when reviewing a session.
Sign out another session
- Open Sessions and devices in Security.
- Review the current and recent entries.
- Choose an unfamiliar or no-longer-needed session.
- Sign it out.
- Review the rest of the account if the session was unexpected.
If a session looks unfamiliar
- Sign the session out.
- Change the Kiyo password.
- Review two-factor authentication and registered security keys.
- Check domains, billing and account details for changes.
- Contact human support if anything appears altered.
What Kiyo handles
Kiyo invalidates the selected session and records account security activity. You remain responsible for securing the device, email account and sign-in factors that could create a new session.
