Suspicious activity and security alerts

Respond to an unfamiliar sign-in, account change, domain action or billing event.

What suspicious activity can look like

  • An unfamiliar sign-in
  • A password reset you did not request
  • A domain or DNS change you did not make
  • Unfamiliar billing activity
  • An unknown session or device
  • An unexpected security alert

Act immediately

  1. Change the Kiyo password from the official site.
  2. Enable or review two-factor authentication.
  3. Review and sign out unfamiliar sessions.
  4. Review domains and their connection settings.
  5. Review billing activity and payment methods.
  6. Contact human Kiyo Support.

Prioritise human support

Kiyo AI can explain general security guidance, but it is not the primary route for an active account or domain incident. Ask for a real person in live chat or open a security-related ticket.

Preserve useful context

Record the time, affected domain or service and the safe alert text. Do not send passwords, full card details, temporary two-factor codes, recovery codes or private security-key information.

If email may also be compromised
