Do not share the account password
Each person who needs business access should use individual access where the Kiyo account offers it. Shared passwords make it difficult to remove one person's access or understand who made a change.
Use the least access needed
Give access only to the websites, domains, billing or support work a person needs. Kiyo shows the permission scope before an invitation or access change is confirmed.
The account owner remains responsible
The account owner should review who has access, remove people who no longer need it and keep ownership and recovery information current.
Review access regularly
- Open account access or members where available.
- Review each person and their current scope.
- Remove access that is no longer required.
- Confirm that remaining users protect their own sign-in methods.
- Review sessions after important staffing changes.
Roles depend on the active account model
