Basic useful functionality is available first. An optional upgrade appears when it can solve a real need found in the website or chosen by the customer.
Contextual examples
- Website Score detects a performance issue, so Kiyo may recommend a relevant performance tool.
- Monitoring is not enabled, so Kiyo may suggest Kiyo Monitor.
- Backup needs exceed included protection, so Kiyo may offer an advanced backup option.
